What is CAC?
Customer acquisition cost (CAC) measures how much businesses spend to attract new customers. CAC helps you determine the true cost of acquiring customers by accounting for things like marketing employee salaries, technology costs, and creative production costs. CAC can be measured and interpreted in different ways. Companies typically look at standard CAC, as well as Blended CAC and Paid CAC. The lower your CAC, the better.
