How do temporary links work?
Create a link that delivers a message or redirects to another URL until an expiration time. Optional password protection adds an access step for recipients.
How to use this tool
Choose Message or Redirect, enter the content or destination, then set the expiration date and time. This page uses UTC. Add a password if needed, generate the link, and check it before sending it to recipients.
Example
For an announcement that should be accessible until 18:00 UTC tomorrow, set that expiration and share the generated URL. Convert from your local time before entering the deadline.
Understanding your result
Expiration controls future access through this link; it cannot retract a copied message, screenshot, or destination URL. A redirect’s expiration does not disable the original website. Use GhostLink when you need the additional management controls described there.
